Does your child lose it several times a day?

Do you dread going out in public because you never know whether your kiddo will be the world's sweetest little angel, or turn into a defiant screaming mess?

Then this is just the guide you're looking for. It will help you:

  • Put an end to most meltdowns

  • Be confident that you can deal with your kiddo easily in public

  • Know that you are helping them rather than punishing them

  • Take me to this Guide!

    Have you heard?

There is a way to get your kiddo out of constant dysregulation, and help them notice and handle their feelings in a healthy way.

Have you tried all the things you can think of to get your child to not melt down a million times a day, especially in a crowded place?

Are you just fed up that your friends' kids are so calm, but all the advice in books and blogs has had absolutely no effect on stopping your child freaking out about, well, everything?

Well, I'm here to change all that and give you the tools that will work with kids who are extra sensitive, more explosive, melt down more often than the average.

  • Without punishing them

  • Without asking them to mask their feelings

  • Without driving yourself crazy and thinking you're failing

  • This FREE guide can help you:

  • Understand what causes your kid's behaviour and pre-empt it

  • Recognise the warning signs just before the unwanted behaviour starts, so you're always one step ahead of them

  • Know how to calm your child down before they reach the point of no return

  • Imagine no longer thinking WTF was that all about? Imagine knowing your child so well that you know why they behave

that way, and know what to do to avoid it.

I'm Dr Lee Nolan-Lönn and I've see many parents of spirited or neurodivergent kids struggling. So I decided to create a guide to get you out of that struggle and into making changes that help both your child and you.

I was a spirited kid myself (and later found out I was neurodivergent), but that did not prepare me in any way for my first child, who is also neurodivergent. I felt like a complete failure. So I started to research, and test until I found out what changes worked and why. And I've been helping parents ever since.

Now I have three kids, two of whom are neurodivergent, and one spirited. And I can say that making the right changes in your parenting while your kids are still young will improve your connection with them and avoid many future behaviour problems.

Not knowing how to handle your child's outbursts does not make you a bad parent in any way. Neither does asking for help. No one is born knowing how to do this, not even adults who were once spirited kids themselves!

You came across this page for a reason. And you can absolutely make the changes needed to gently help your kiddo learn to regulate their emotions.
